Kewan Lacy is enjoying the highest-scoring season of any running back in Ole Miss history.
Lacy recorded 31 carries for 224 yards and three touchdowns during Ole Miss’ 34-24 Saturday night win over Florida.
The outing made him the first Rebels player to record 17 rushing touchdowns in a single season.
Lacy’s historic night was highlighted by a 41-yard gain in the first quarter and a 59-yard run in the fourth.
Missouri originally beat out Ole Miss to secure a commitment from Lacy ahead of the 2024 season. After appearing in six games for Mizzou during his freshman year, however, Lacy transferred to Oxford last winter.
