Bournemouth forward Antoine Semenyo was linked with a number of clubs over the summer, but no move happened and he signed a new contract with Bournemouth, devised to keep him at the Vitality Stadium until 2030. For the time being, there are no reports of a release clause being included in the deal.
However, according to Sky Sports, the interest in his services from top clubs in the Premier League has not abated. At the moment, Liverpool, Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur are monitoring the form of the 25-year-old Ghana international and contemplating making offers for his services. The competition may even force one or more of those clubs to make their move in January already, but given his form and contract length, it will surely take a lot of money, even by today’s standards in terms of transfer fees, to be put on the table for Bournemouth to even consider selling.
Since the start of the season, Semenyo has nine goal involvements – six goals and three assists – in 11 Premier League matches for the Cherries.
