When I’m not in real shoes, I’m usually padding around in slippers the moment I walk through my front door. As the weather grows colder, I’ve been reaching for a cozy, cushy-soft pair that feels like a security blanket for my toes: the Bombas Saturday Suede Slip-ons. This plush pair offers sink-in comfort as if I’m stepping on a cushy mat, immediately signaling from my body to my brain that it is in relax mode.
I’ve had and loved these for a while, and I’m not alone in my love for Bombas slippers: Nine Travel + Leisure writers and editors own pairs from the comfort-forward brand, and we all agree that they are indeed the coziest ones we own. Seriously—this list was born from a group chat we had about how much we love our Bombas slippers. And right now, the brand is offering 25 percent off sitewide through November 18 (no code needed)!
Even better? They aren’t just comfy and cute, but they also make great gifts, so you can get a head start on your seasonal shopping lists—or just grab a pair or two for yourself. You’ll be cozy in no time. Here are the six pairs our editors are loving—all 25 percent off for a limited time.
Bombas Women’s Saturday Suede Slip-on

Not just for my off-hours, the Saturday Slip-ons have become my default footwear when I work from home. And, since receiving them, it’s no exaggeration to say that I’ve worn them more than my actual shoes. There’s little reason for me to fuss with laces and straps when I’m in my apartment, but with the Saturday Slip-ons, I skip “hard shoes” even for quick trips outside. They are designed as outdoor-ready footwear, and while you might have an aversion to traipsing on city streets in slippers, you (and I) can rest assured that they’re more substantial than your typical housebound pair. These slippers come complete with a water-repellent upper and an EVA outsole that raises my feet an inch off the concrete. New York grime, be darned.
Admittedly though, I’m mostly content to wear the Saturday Slip-ons on my corner of the couch. Still, it’s nice to know that I can keep them on when I have to run a quick errand or walk down the street to the grocery store. When reserved for those hours spent indoors, the pair at the very least offers an insulated barrier between my feet and the cold, hard ground. The polyester lining is plenty warm (a fair warning to people who, like me, have feet that sometimes run hot) for the cold days ahead this winter.

Bombas Women’s Sunday Slipper

These sherpa-covered slippers get the stamp of approval from three of my T+L colleagues—associate editorial director Morgan Ashley Parker, senior editor Jackie Cucco, and writer Sophie Dodd. Plush and fluffy, the pair is a “cozy indulgence,” says Cucco, who wore them after hiking around Iceland. The fleece material is paired with memory foam to give them a cloud-like sensation while the rubber sole prevents them from feeling too squishy—ideal for anyone looking for a little more support.
While great for puttering around the house, they’re able to withstand short outdoor errands like a quick bodega run or a late-night dog walk. The slippers are easy to slip on, but they have raised heel collars, which according to Parker, allow them to stay on more securely than a pure slip-on style with a flat bottom would. One thing to note: You may want to size up if you are between sizes or prefer a little more wiggle room.

Bombas Women’s Sherpa-Lined Gripper Slipper Bootie
Bombas
These bootie slippers are a cold-weather staple for associate editor Anna Popp. “These are the coziest winter slippers for laying on the couch or walking around my apartment,” says Popp. “I love how the boot-style keeps my ankles warm in addition to my feet.” The inside features dual-layer memory foam, plus sherpa-fleece lining to keep things extra toasty. If your feet tend to get sweaty, you may want to consider the original Bombas Gripper Slipper. It does away with the sherpa lining without sacrificing comfort—something to which writer Julia Morlino can attest.
Unlike the other Bombas slippers we recommend, this option doesn’t have a sole so they’re an indoors-only shoe. They do, however, have silicone grips underfoot to prevent you from slipping and sliding.

These comfy and lightweight slippers are a favorite of senior director Jamie Hergenrader, who has owned them for six months. They are the Goldilocks ideal: “They have just the right amount of cushion and support for all-day support,” she says, adding, “I mostly love the terry fabric on the inside because it’s cozy but not overly plush, so my feet never get too hot.” This pair is easy to slip on and off thanks to the open back, and they provide a secure fit so they never feel like they’re falling off.
Hergenrader also appreciates its simple, minimal look. She says, “I don’t feel like I’m wearing pajama-type shoes all day, they feel like an all-day, cozy, indoor shoe!” (In fact, she loves them so much, she is considering a second pair in another color.) While they’re well suited to wearing around the house, they’re also lightweight enough to take on a trip.

Bombas Women’s Plush Sunday Slipper

As their name implies, these slippers are designed for plush comfort, and senior editor Jasmine Grant can confirm that they live up to the hype. Grant says, “The padding of these slippers is supreme—it’s like stepping onto an ultra-plush mattress for your feet.” They’re cushioned with a generous layer of pillowy-soft foam, and the lightweight outsole provides support and little boost in height. Better yet, they offer all-day coziness. “I’ve worn them all day while cooking and cleaning out my kitchen cabinets, and they kept my feet from feeling achy,” Grant proclaims.
They run small, though—so we recommend ordering a size up from your normal size. Grant, who usually wears a women’s size 6.5, found the women’s size 7 still too small. With that said, they stretch slightly with wear. “At first, it felt like my heels didn’t quite fit all the way into the slipper, but over time, the shoe has stretched a bit,” she says.

When you picture fuzzy open-toed slippers, you might imagine slippers like this pair, the favorite of editor Taylor Fox. The slippers are fully covered in sherpa to swaddle your feet in a cozy comfort, and the cushioned footbeds pad your every step. “They’re so cute and look like traditional fuzzy slippers in flip-flop form, and the padding underfoot is super comfortable so I can wear them all day and not feel pain or constriction,” says Fox.
Underneath all the fuzz, the slippers have a substantial sole. “They’re about an inch off the ground, so I don’t feel like I’m shuffling around,” Fox mentions. “If I had to take out the garbage or check the mail, I could do so wearing these.” In addition, they also have a wide strap on top to keep you from walking out of your shoes—it might be a squeeze to slip your foot into at first, but they will stretch a bit over time.
