Russia's repeated attacks on civilians in Ukraine called crimes against humanity

The UN Commission has determined that Russia’s repeated attacks on civilians in three Ukrainian regions amount to crimes against humanity. As fighting intensifies near the strategic city of Pokrovsk, Ukrainian defense systems shot down a Russian drone. The commission’s findings now extend to a 300-km stretch of Ukrainian-held territory, including Kherson, previously identified for similar crimes.
