Dani Dennis-Sutton looks like he was built in a lab to play in the NFL. At a listed 6’5″ and 265 pounds with long arms, he has the size and length for the position, with plenty of strength to be a quality run-defender and solid power-rusher.
Sutton entered Penn State as a 5-star recruit in the 2022 class and made an impact with 17 tackles, 3.5 for loss and three sacks to be named a True Freshman All-American (ESPN).
His role expanded as a sophomore, with increased production (26 tackles, six tackles for loss and 3.5 sacks) to earn third-team All-Big Ten honors. In 2024, the Nittany Lion was a full-time starter opposite Abdul Carter and posted 42 tackles, 13 TFLs and 8.5 sacks to earn an honorable mention All-Big Ten selection.
