Wu Hao
Zhong Lun Law Firm continues to expand its capital markets practice, bringing in Wu Hao as a partner who will be based at the Hong Kong office.
Wu was a former counsel at Clifford Chance with 16 years of experience in the legal field.
She focuses on the Hong Kong and overseas capital markets, and is currently advising mainland companies on their HKEX listings. Among those companies, GigaDevice and JA Solar are preparing for their A+H listings, while BASiC Semiconductor plans to debut via the Chapter 18C route.
Wu also has extensive experience in advising clients on financial products and trusts, investment and M&A, and corporate matters. She is admitted in New York and began her career at Herbert Smith Freehills.
Recently, Zhong Lun has been active in acquiring talent who specialise in capital markets. Last month, the firm announced that former Simpson Thacher partner Marjory Ding and former Fangda Partners’ partner Lawrence Wang had joined the Hong Kong and Hangzhou offices, respectively.
