Merits & Tree Law Offices has recruited Fu Yi and Enya Yang as partners to bolster its Shanghai office’s capital markets and labour law capabilities.
With more than 20 years of experience, Fu has advised clients on onshore and offshore securities, capital markets, cross-border investment, financing and M&A.
He is an experienced Hong Kong and US IPO lawyer, and has represented foreign bank investment in banks and financial institutions in China.
Before joining Merits & Tree, Fu was a partner at King & Wood Mallesons since 2010.
Yang has more than a decade of legal experience. Her areas of expertise include both contentious and non-contentious matters such as human resource compliance, equity incentive plans, and disputes relating to employment and equity incentives.
Yang was a former partner at Lifeng Partners, and she has also practised at King & Wood Mallesons, Zhong Lun Law Firm and Commerce & Finance Law Offices.
