The Little League Softball® World Series, Presented by DICK’S Sporting Goods, is set to kick off on August 3 in Greenville, North Carolina. This year’s tournament will feature 12 teams competing for the championship banner, including eight U.S. region champions and four international teams.

Mid-Atlantic Region: West Suburban Little League (Johnstown, Pennsylvania)
For the second straight year, a Pennsylvanian team will make the trip to the Little League Softball World Series. Powered by dominant pitching and clutch performances from Reagan Bills. West Suburban LL has showcased its composure during this high-pressure tournament. In the region championship game, West Suburban scored 5 runs in the third inning against a strong Delaware team, highlighting their offensive power. The team’s consistency led to an undefeated record in the region, punching their ticket to Greenville.

Northwest Region: Mill Creek (Washington) Little League
Mill Creek Little League put together a near-flawless run behind the bat of Anya Miller. The dynamic offense has scored 19, 12, and 10 runs in its last three games. The team’s resilience led them to an exciting 10-9 walk-off win against Oregon, with Miller scoring the winning run to complete their 4-0 run to the LLSWS.

Southeast Region: Lake Mary (Florida) Little League
Lake Mary Little League battled through a competitive regional with defense, drive, and discipline. The pitching duo of Cayden Hugh and Samatha Bradley kept opponents off the board, while timely hits from Katarra Thomas, Rachel Lester, and Addison Bono — who hit the only home run in the southeast regional — gave Florida the edge in the tournament. The walk-off win in extra innings over North Carolina set the stage for the next chapter of their story at the LLSWS in Greenville.

New England Region: Guilford (Connecticut) Little League
Following a runner-up finish in last year’s regional tournament, Guilford returned with determination. Their 2025 regional campaign was highlighted by an inside-the-park homerun by Leah Michalowski’s and a shutout performance from the circle featuring 10 strikeouts from Maeve Eagleson’s in the final. With explosive innings and disciplined pitching, Guilford LL Will travel to Greenville with a clear sense of purpose and determination.

West Region: Westchester-Del Rey Little League (Los Angeles, California)
Westchester-Del Rey is backed by a powerful offense and timely hitting, setting the tone with a 13-hit performance in their opening game and continuing this momentum throughout the tournament. Claire Dunbar and Abigail Reyes delivered standout performances in close games. In their regional finale, an 11-run fifth inning showcased the team’s offensive potential and overall strength.

Southwest Region: Tulsa (Oklahoma) National Little League
After a heartbreaking loss in extras to Louisiana, Tulsa National LL responded with resilience, securing four consecutive wins to claim the Southwest Region title. Behind the steady arm of Harmoneigh White and disciplined situational hitting, the team earned redemption with a commanding 7-0 shutout in the rematch. From timely bunts to efficient offense, this team showed determination, development, and a championship-caliber performance on their road to Greenville.

Central Region: Floyds Knobs (Indiana) Community Club Little League
Indiana never took their foot off the gas pedal in the Central Region tournament, posting a 5-1 record with a balanced offensive attack and lights-out pitching. They opened their run with a combined no-hitter from Briley Mercer and Grace Fiore. Mercer followed that with 15 strikeouts in their game against Michigan. Floyds Knobs did not give up a run until the championship game against Kentucky, powered by Mercer’s performance from the circle, featuring eight strikeouts in the final.

Latin America Region: Cantareira Little League (Sao Paulo, Brazil)
Making history as the first team from Brazil to represent the Latin America Region, Cantareira Little League battled back from an opening loss to win four straight games to claim their title. Their 2-0 win over top-seeded Puerto Rico in the championship marked a defining moment, not only for the team, but for Brazilian softball. With momentum and pride on their side, they head to Greenville ready to make their mark for the world to see.

Europe and Africa Region: Prague (Czechia) Little League
Prague Little League returns to the LLSWS for the first time since 2014 after a dominant 7-0 win in the Europe and Africa Region Tournament. Outscoring opponents by over 95 runs and not allowing a single run until the championship, Prague LL capped its historic run with a 5-3 win over Italy. This marks their fourth overall appearance and a powerful return to the world stage for one of the region’s most storied programs.

Asia-Pacific Region: Tohoku Softball Little League (Iwate, Japan)
Making history in their debut season, Tohoku Little League becomes the first team from Japan to represent the Asia-Pacific Region at the LLSWS. After winning a best-of-three series against the Philippines, Tohoku’s victory also marks Japan’s first year chartering softball through Little League International. With strong play and growing momentum behind the sport, Japan enters Greenville as a symbol of the region’s rising competition and global reach.

North Carolina: Pitt County Girls Softball Little League
The 2024 LLSWS Champion league will be returning to Greenville in hopes of defending its title. The North Carolina Region representatives beat a tough Rowan County Little League 6-5 in eight innings in the regional final game. This marks Pitt County’s fourth consecutive trip to the LLSWS, continuing a remarkable run that includes back-to-back appearances in the championship game.

Canada Region: On Field LLS Little League (Repentigny, Quebec)
For the second consecutive year, On Field LLS Little League from Repentigny, Quebec, will represent Canada at the Little League Softball® World Series in Greenville, North Carolina. The team clinched its spot with a dramatic 5-4 walk-off win in the region championship and will arrive in Greenville with 38 runs scored over five games and eyes on a deeper run in 2025.
