Bangalore-based law firm Mani Chengappa and Mathur has expanded its partnership ranks, adding Gautamaditya Sridhara and Aravind Mokkapati, and will now operate under the name MCM Law.

Sridhara and Mokkapati are partners from the dispute resolution and corporate law firm GDroit Advocates. This expansion marks a major milestone for MCM Law, which initially focused on technology law, but now it will have a multi-tiered leadership, structured succession plan, and clear growth pathways for like-minded lawyers.

The revamped firm will offer clients comprehensive, end-to-end legal support across both corporate and dispute resolution practices.

“As founders, my colleagues and I set up the firm 13 years ago, nurtured high-quality professionals and built the brand,” said Samuel Mani, co-founder and partner of MCM Law.

“The firm is now ready for the next phase of its growth. We are keen to add like-minded lawyers to the partnership, both from within the firm and from the wider legal fraternity, who can work with us to craft the next stage of growth. Great organisations have strong leadership and capabilities at all levels. We are doing the same and we will continue to add members to the partnership over time.”

“We are pleased to join forces with MCM Law, a firm that shares our values of integrity and practical business orientation,” said Mokkapati.

“Our combined expertise allows us to provide clients with comprehensive legal services covering both transactional and dispute resolution matters.”

MCM Law will now have six partners and 16 lawyers.
