Eric Zhang
Han Kun Law Offices has recruited Eric Zhang, who has 17 years of experience, to be a partner at its Shanghai office.
Before joining Han Kun, Zhang was a partner at Zhong Lun Law Firm, where he specialised in real estate and construction projects, and gained extensive experience in dispute resolution.
He has advised on the establishment of the Evergrande Financial Assets Exchange Centre and construction of the Korean SK Group’s second-phase Shanghai Expo project.
Zhang has also assisted companies in healthcare, high-end manufacturing and new energy and new materials industries with capital markets listings, investment and financing and M&A transactions. His representative clients have included CBRE, China Merchants Shekou Industrial Zone Holdings and Thailand’s Charoen Pokphand Group.
Han Kun recently has been strengthening its Shanghai team, with Suzie Zhao, who focuses on private equity and venture capital, joining the office in September.
