- Funds will support expansion into Thailand and AI solution enhancements
- Claims 11,000 merchants served in Southeast Asia with 10x revenue growth since 2021
FeedMe, the Malaysia-based restaurant software platform, has secured US$5 million (RM23 million) in funding led by Integra Partners, with participation from Cento Ventures. The new capital will accelerate FeedMeās expansion into Thailand, scale its engineering capacity to further enhance AI-driven solutions, and launch financial services to improve payment and lending access for merchants.
Southeast Asiaās restaurant sector faces outdated, fragmented systems, rising labour costs, and high failure rates, highlighting the need for automation, inventory optimisation, and data-driven decision-making. FeedMe addresses these challenges with an all-in-one operating system that unifies POS, delivery integrations, e-invoicing, QR ordering, queue management, kitchen display, payments, accounting, HR, inventory, AI tools and CRM.
Purpose-built for F&B, the FeedMe platform integrates both front- and back-of-house operations on a single stack, creating a seamless ecosystem that powers every part of a restaurant business.
āF&B operators want to focus on great food and guest experience, not stitching together fragmented tools,ā said Squall Tan, co-founder and CEO of FeedMe. āThis funding accelerates our mission to become the Toast of APAC, embedding AI across the stack to help operators forecast demand, optimise inventory, and run smarter across every outlet and channel.ā
The round, led by Integra Partners, comes on the back of FeedMeās strong growth.Ā
The startup claims to have already served 11,000 merchants across Southeast Asia, reporting 10x revenue growth since 2021, and was the first Malaysian startup selected for the inaugural Google AI Academy in Asia Pacific, recognising its AI-powered platform designed to simplify and transform restaurant workflows. Its key clients include ZUS Coffee, Christine’s Bakery, Salad Atelier, and Hock Kee Kopitiam, providing a strong base for regional expansion.
āFeedMeās unified platform, rapid product velocity, and traction with regional chains position it as the next-generation leader in restaurant digitalisation,ā said Jennifer Ho, partner at Integra. āWeāre excited to support the team as they scale payments, AI, and financial services to thousands more merchants.ā
Meanwhile, Boon Ping Chua, partner at Cento Ventures, said: āFeedMeās focus on restaurants, integrated payments and data-driven product roadmap positions it to become the category-defining operating system for the region. We are proud to support Squall and the team as they scale a product-led, capital-efficient business across Southeast Asia and beyond.ā
