We are pleased to announce that the China Business Law Journal is now accepting nominations for its 2025 “Deals of the Year Awards.” We warmly invite law firms to submit notable deals and significant dispute cases that were completed or resolved within the past 12 months for award candidacy. There are no fees or any other obligations associated with completing this submission.
Please submit any China-related deals, disputes/cases, and intellectual property matters that were completed (or had a major development) between 1 November 2024 and 31 October 2025. You are welcome to submit an unlimited number of entries. Given the market’s growing enthusiasm for recommending notable deals for Deals of the Year awards, we encourage you to make your submission as early as possible. The final deadline is Thursday, 20 November 2025.
All entries must be submitted through our online portal, accessible by clicking HERE. Detailed guidelines are available at the top of the submission form, we recommend reviewing them carefully before you proceed.
