Planning an international trip doesn’t have to cost an arm and a leg
For some travelers, a comfortable business class seat when flying long-haul internationally is a must. For some of us others, we just need to get there.
Many people may think that it’s too expensive to travel overseas, but several international airlines offer flights that cost less than a lot of domestic flights. Combine that with a destination where the U.S. dollar goes a long way and you can have the trip of a lifetime without spending too much.
Keep in mind that with most budget airlines, you will have to pay extra for luggage (even carry-on use is restricted), seat assignments, food on board, and other ancillary items. If you plan on checking bags and need certain types of seats, this type of travel isn’t for you. Now these obviously will not be the most comfortable flights you’ll ever experience, but these budget airlines will take you to international destinations on the cheap.
