BermudAir Is Offering Free Round-Trip Flights to Bermuda—Here’s How to Get Yours

A free flight to Bermuda from the Big Apple could be as easy as booking a hotel room.

Island-based carrier BermudAir is offering a 100 percent discount off the base airfare—amounting to essentially free flights—from the New York City area when travelers book a winter getaway package with a hotel stay. The  “Winter Out, Bermuda In!” promotion is available from New York’s LaGuardia Airport (LGA), New Jersey’s Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR), and Westchester County Airport (HPN) to Bermuda’s L.F. Wade International Airport (BDA).

“This campaign invites New Yorkers to step out of winter and into something extraordinary; a weekend or weeklong escape where the weather is warm, the water is crystalline, and the hospitality feels like home,” Adam Scott, BermudAir’s founder and CEO, said in a statement shared with Travel + Leisure

To take advantage, travelers must book a three night hotel package and roundtrip flights by Dec. 6 and travel between Dec. 1 and March 31, 2026. While the base airfare is free, travelers are still responsible for paying any taxes or fees associated with the trip.

Once flights are selected, travelers can choose from more than twenty different hotels and resorts, including stays at some of the most popular properties on the island like Cambridge Beaches Resort & Spa, the Grotto Bay Beach Resort & Spa, and The Loren at Pink Beach.

The promotion comes as Bermudair launched its new flights to both LaGuardia and Newark this week, the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey told T+L. The airline will operate flights to and from Newark on Thursdays and Sundays, and to and from LaGuardia on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

“New airline service is a critical part of our long-term plan to enhance the travel experience at our award-winning New York and New Jersey airports,” Rick Cotton, the executive director of the Port Authority, said in a statement shared with T+L. “BermudAir’s new service provides travelers with more flexibility and options to Bermuda, strengthening our region’s connectivity to international destinations.”

BermudAir first launched in 2023, and now operates a fleet of Embraer E175 and E190 aircraft. Beyond the New York-area markets, the airline flies to several cities across the United States, including Boston, Orlando, Raleigh/Durham, and Baltimore, along with several destinations in Canada.

The New York-area flights are just the latest expansion for the airline, which launched new flights earlier this year from Richmond, Virginia; and Montreal, Quebec.
