Varunraj Limaye and Dr Venkatesh Seshan have joined ANM Global as partners in its intellectual property practice, with a focus on patents and designs. Both have moved from K&S Partners.

Limaye brings more than 15 years of experience across Indian and international patent regimes, with expertise in chemistry, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, medical devices, materials science, food technologies, batteries and nanotechnology.

A registered patent attorney, Limaye is known for translating complex scientific innovation into enforceable intellectual property. He had previously led the Mumbai office of K&S Partners, where he handled high-value patent prosecution and litigation matters.

Seshan has prior experience at K&S Partners and European firm NLO. His work covers semiconductors, software and computing, telecoms including 4G, 5G and ORAN, electronics, AI and machine learning, IoT and emerging digital technologies.

He has advised both multinationals and early-stage innovators, often shaping patent strategy at the invention stage to withstand scrutiny across jurisdictions.

“For ANM Global, this addition is not merely an expansion of headcount; it is a meaningful step in strengthening its domestic footprint and international presence, particularly in technology-intensive sectors where the demand for sophisticated IP strategy continues to rise,” said Nidhish Mehrotra, managing partner of ANM Global.
