Chong brings extensive regulatory, legal, and corporate experience to NexG, having previously served as a deputy public prosecutor at the Attorney-General’s Chambers and as an officer at the Securities Commission Malaysia. He has also developed significant legal practice in corporate, regulatory, and commercial matters, complemented by board experience across multiple public-listed companies. His combination of regulatory insight and boardroom leadership positions him as a valuable asset to NexG’s strategic growth.
