Abhishek Tilak
Abhishek Tilak has joined DSK Legal as an associate partner in the dispute resolution team at the firm’s Mumbai office.
With more than 12 years of experience, Tilak has represented clients before a wide range of courts and tribunals, including the Supreme Court of India, various high courts, the National Company Law Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, Securities and Exchange Board of India, SAT, and the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal.
His practice spans commercial disputes, arbitration, taxation, real estate, insolvency and bankruptcy, criminal law and securities law.
Tilak was previously an associate partner at DMD Advocates.
