Vanya Singh
Vanya Singh has joined Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) as a partner in its dispute resolution practice, with a focus on securities law and regulatory matters, and will be based at the Mumbai office.
“As I transition from public service to the disputes practice at India’s most reputed law firm, I look forward to contributing to the growth and success of the firm,” Singh told India Business Law Journal.
Singh brings nearly two decades of experience in securities, and capital markets law and regulation from her tenure at the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). During her time at the SEBI, she worked across the quasi-judicial, policy, legal affairs and enforcement departments, and provided legal advice and input for cases under the investigations department.
She has extensive experience across the SEBI’s key regulatory functions.
