Dannelle Howley, partner at A&O Shearman
A&O Shearman has hired Dannelle Howley as a partner to kickstart its real estate offering in Australia.
Howley joins A&O Shearman from Squire Patton Boggs, where she was a partner for nine years. Prior to that, she served as counsel at Allen & Overy (now A&O Shearman) for four years, and as special counsel at Holding Redlich for five years.
She has experience advising on complex, structured and large-scale transactions. Her practice covers all areas of the real estate sector, and she regularly acts for listed and unlisted property funds, private capital and government clients.
Howley’s arrival marks the establishment of a dedicated real estate practice for A&O Shearman in Australia and comes as the firm reaches its 15-year milestone in the country.
