The Four Seasons is taking Michelin-level dining to the high seas on its new yachts next year.
The luxury hospitality group, which plans to debut its Four Seasons I yacht in 2026, will sail with a rotating list of some of its most popular Michelin-starred restaurant chefs through its new “Chef-in-Residence” program,” the group shared with Travel + Leisure. As part of the program, the company said menus will be developed to “evolve with each destination.”
“Culinary excellence has always been a defining pillar of the Four Seasons experience, and with the launch of Four Seasons Yachts, we are extending that legacy to new horizons,” Ben Trodd, the CEO of Four Seasons Yachts, said in a statement shared with T+L. “Bringing internationally acclaimed Four Seasons chefs together with our own extraordinary culinary leaders has created an offering without parallel at sea. Like each voyage, this dynamic culinary program embodies artistry, variety, and a spirit of discovery that is truly unprecedented in the industry today.”
As part of the roster of award-winning chefs, the company will sail with chef Luca Piscazzi from Pelagos at the Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens. who they said earned the restaurant its first Michelin star within just six months of opening. Passengers will be able to find his elevated Mediterranean cuisine on 2026 Greek Isles sailings, including a voyage to Mykonos and Hydra in April and one to Santorini and Yalikavak in May.
Another addition will be chef Paolo Lavezzini of the Four Seasons Hotel Firenze who will be featured on its 2026 Rivieras Voyage in September.
On sailings to the Dalmatian Coast next July, guests will be treated to the French cuisine with Asian influence of chef Guillaume Galliot from the Four Seasons Hong Kong; while chef Yoric Tièche of the Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat, A Four Seasons Hotel will delight travelers with fare from the French Riviera on 2026 Rivieras sailings in August.

On board, passengers will be treated to eleven different bars and restaurants. Beyond the chef-curated menus, guests will be able to snag a grab-and-go bite from the Pistachio coffee bar, enjoy indoor-outdoor dining with an open kitchen in Terrasse, or settle in for an intimate omakase feast at Miuna.
The 679-foot yacht will contain just 95 suites and a 1:1 guest to staff ratio. The ship will include several luxury amenities, including a theater, youth activity room, hair salon, spa, fitness center, and more.
Following its debut, Four Seasons plans to launch multiple yachts in its fleet, including the Four Seasons II in 2027.
More than 21.7 million Americans are expected to embark on a cruise in 2026, according to AAA. The surge in passengers would set a record high with luxury cruises seeing a notable surge in the Mediterranean.
