The Association of Corporate Counsel Hong Kong (ACCHK), in collaboration with Linklaters, will host From Inception to Impact: 10th Anniversary of Hong Kong Competition Law on 11 December at Linklaters’ office in Central.
Marking a decade since the Competition Ordinance came into force, the event will bring together senior representatives of the Hong Kong Competition Commission, both past and present, along with members of the legal and business community who have contributed to shaping the territory’s competition regime.
Panel discussions, which will be held under Chatham House Rules, are set to explore the key developments, enforcement trends and evolving business practices that have shaped the first decade of the ordinance.
As Hong Kong reflects on a decade of competition law enforcement, the event aims to provide in-house counsel and corporate leaders with valuable insights into how the regulatory landscape has matured and what lies ahead for compliance and enforcement in the years to come.
Further details will be released on Linklater’s event page.
