According to Fabrizio Romano, several Premier League clubs have expressed interest in Fikayo Tomori, contemplating the idea of bringing the AC Milan defender back to England. However, the Rossoneri are happy with the performances of the 27-year-old, and they’ve already made contact with his representatives over a new contract.
It’s been four years since Tomori joined Milan from Chelsea for around €35million, and he’s so far made a total of 184 appearances in the famous red-and-black shirt, with seven goals and four assists to his name. This term, he was in the starting XI for every game Milan have played so far both in the Italian top flight and the Coppa Italia, finishing the full match on all occasions except in the defeat to Como in the season opener.
Tomori has five caps as an England international under his belt, and he will be hoping that his fine form in Italy won’t go unnoticed by Thomas Tuchel and his staff as the 2026 World Cup approaches.
