Richa Pandey
Richa Pandey has joined CMS IndusLaw as a partner in the firm’s intellectual property practice, along with her team, in the Delhi & NCR office.
Pandey brings more than two decades of experience in intellectual property law. Her expertise spans patents and broader IP strategy, further strengthening the firm’s ability to advise clients on complex, innovation-driven matters.
Her core areas of focus include patent drafting, prosecution, oppositions, enforcement, litigation strategy, and portfolio management.
She has advised clients in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, chemicals, consumer products, engineering and emerging technologies.
Pandey is currently president of the Licensing Executives Society (LES) India and is vice-chair for both LES Asia-Pacific and its Life Sciences Committee.
Before joining CMS IndusLaw, Pandey worked with Krishna & Saurastri and Remfry & Sagar.
