Taskeen Pirani has joined Dentons Link Legal as an associate partner in the firm’s healthcare and life sciences practice and will be based at the Mumbai office.
With more than nine years of experience, Pirani brings significant expertise in the pharmaceuticals and healthcare sectors, having advised on several high-value and complex acquisitions.
Pirani transitioned into private practice, working with DSK Legal before moving with the team to Pioneer Legal, and serving more than two years at Economic Laws Practice.
Her practice spans M&A, private equity, corporate advisory and regulatory compliance matters, where she has successfully represented both Indian and international clients.
