S&A Law Offices has acquired Ahmedabad-based boutique firm U&L Partners, strengthening its dispute resolution capabilities.
The founders of U&L Partners, Nilesh Udernani and Gaurav Lakhwani, will join S&A Law Offices as partners and lead the firm’s Ahmedabad office. They will be joined by their 12-member team.
“This acquisition aligns with our long-term vision of building a market-leading disputes practice with strong regional depth and national reach,” said Daizy Chawla, managing partner at S&A Law Offices.
Gunita Pahwa, joint managing partner at S&A Law Offices, added: “Nilesh, Gaurav and their team bring exceptional courtroom experience and client trust that will significantly enhance our Ahmedabad presence.”
Both firms have extensive experience across civil and criminal disputes, insolvency and bankruptcy matters, intellectual property, real estate, and corporate transactions advisory.
