Kundra & Bansal, a corporate and commercial law firm in India, has rebranded itself as KBD Partners.
The firm aims to strengthen the leadership team to deliver comprehensive, client-focused services. The firm continues to be led by partner Shivendra Kundra, who brings more than three decades of experience in mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, and corporate governance.
Partner Subodh Prasad Deo, an expert in competition law and regulatory compliance, will join Kundra at KBD. Partner Gurmeet Bindra will head the litigation practice with expertise spanning arbitration, insolvency, employment law and high-stakes disputes.
