Bonnie Yung
Commerce & Finance Law Offices has appointed Bonnie Yung as a partner at its Hong Kong office, strengthening its corporate and finance practice.
Yung has more than 20 years of experience in M&A, onshore and offshore capital markets, compliance and investigations.
Before joining Commerce & Finance, she was a partner at Han Kun Law Offices’ Hong Kong office. She had earlier worked as a partner at Paul Hastings, LC Lawyers – an EY-affiliated firm that closed – and Mayer Brown.
She has advised on numerous Hong Kong M&A transactions and listings across the information technology, real estate, financial services, manufacturing, retail and mining sectors.
