Zhou Mengjun
Jia Yuan Law Offices has appointed Zhou Mengjun as a partner at its Shanghai office, bolstering its capabilities in investment funds and M&A.
Zhou brings two decades of experience specialising in investment funds, private equity, real estate investment and M&A.
Before joining Jia Yuan, Zhou was a partner and a member of the internal review committee for fund operations at Grandall Law Firm’s Shanghai office. He has advised private equity and investment institutions such as Guosheng Capital and GP Capital, as well as securities firms including CITIC Securities and Haitong Securities.
Zhou’s appointment follows the recruitment of senior partner Daisy Qi and partner Wang Tiantian late last year, marking another strategic addition to Jia Yuan’s investment fund practice in Shanghai.
