Time for the 25/26 FA Trophy Third Round Proper draw now following a very busy weekend of Second Round action.
It was a busy weekend as the FA Trophy Second Round got underway, 48 teams from the National League North and South non league teams entering at that stage, along with the winners from the First Round, and there were plenty of goals and a few penalty shootouts across the 40 games.
The biggest attendance in the Second Round came in the fixture with 1,793 fans making their way through the turnstiles for Maidstone’s win at Torquay.
There were also 11 upsets, with Anstey Nomads, Clitheroe, Leatherhead, Harrow, Hanwell, Gloucester, Harborough, Plymouth Parkway, FC United of Manchester, Walton and Hersham, and Leek causing a surprise. See more stats and facts in the FA Trophy review HERE.
The Third Round Proper Round sees 32 ties drawn out, with National League teams taking part. Once again, there are no replays, so any match which end in a draw after 90 minutes will be decided via a penalty shootout.
Teams who win will pick up £4,500, while the losers pick up £1,240, a full list of prize money and dates for each round can be seen below…
