2025 Dunlop Once-In-A-Lifetime Nitto ATP Finals Trip Recipient Announced

Tempe, AZ – The Intercollegiate Tennis Association (“ITA”), in partnership with Dunlop, is pleased to announce today that Cal State Fullerton Head Women’s Tennis Coach, Ellie Johnson has been selected amongst numerous coaches as the recipient of the once-in-a-lifetime trip to the 2025 Nitto ATP Finals in Turin, Italy.

Taking place from November 9-16, Dunlop will be providing the lucky coach and their guest a four (4) day and three (3) night trip that will include tennis tickets for two (2) days of the coach’s choosing (subject to availability), airfare, ground transportation (to be reimbursed after the trip), one hotel room at a four-star equivalent hotel, and a $500 USD meal allowance.

Dunlop has been the official tennis ball partner of the ATP Tour and the Nitto ATP Finals since 2019, making Dunlop the No. 1 ball on tour supplying balls to more ATP Tour tournaments than any other brand. Dunlop is also the official ball, racket, and accessory of the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) and college tennis.

“Congratulations to Ellie on winning an incredible trip to the Nitto ATP Tour Finals,” said Jamie Douglas, Director of Marketing and Product at Dunlop. “This is the second year we have been able to provide this once in a lifetime trip and we know it will be an unforgettable experience for Ellie.”

For Ellie to be eligible for a chance to win this once-in-a-lifetime trip, she had to complete a handful of simple steps communicated to all coaches via email from the ITA. Once these steps were completed, Ellie was added to a pool of eligible coaches, and her name was drawn as the lucky winner of this once-in-a-lifetime trip.

Ellie will be able to take in the year-end climax of the ATP Tour season, the Nitto ATP Finals, which welcomes the eight best singles players and doubles teams from the current tour season. In 2024, players such as Carlos Alcaraz, Jannick Sinner, and Daniil Medvedev all competed with Sinner being crowned the singles champion at the end of the competition.

“I’m really excited to be the winner of the Dunlop ATP Finals Coach Giveaway,” stated Johnson. “A huge thank you to the ITA and Dunlop for this incredible opportunity. I’m looking forward to watching the top players compete, exploring the city of Turin, enjoying Italy’s food and culture, and taking in the entire experience.”

Play is set to begin in Turin on Sunday, November 9th, and will continue through Sunday, November 16th when the Nitto ATP Finals Champions will be crowned.
